Payment & Renewal

You will be charged a one-time, monthly , or annual subscription fee, depending on the subscription product you select at time of subscription. Prices may vary; and may change without notice anytime before Subscriber makes a purchase. I will try to give at least 30-days notice for changes to fees for current Subscribers. Review all prices and subscription descriptions before making your selection. Payment may be made by credit card, debit card, or any means that DBCHEFTV may make available.

Your Account & Transaction Agreements

This section establishes an agreement between DBCHEFTV and its Buyer and subscribers (The “Subscriber”) for all purchases including, but not limited to, one-time subscriptions, annual subscriptions, monthly subscriptions, or the purchase of a product, or any good or service.

After Subscriber subscribes to content,terms are automatically renewed and access to content made available, or is continued, at the beginning of its respective term for the subscription fee (“Fee”).

Submitting false information or omitting pertinent or material information in connection with electronic submittal of any digital application made available to you by DBCHEFTV for the purpose of creating an account for store purchases or subscriptions (“Form”) is grounds for revocation, closing, or denial of account or the processing of any purchase.

Payments & Cancellation

Sales tax is calculated during checkout based on the user’s location. Taxes will be collected with the purchase. This price will be the final price for tax costs to the customer.

Because DBCHEFTV begins to incur costs as soon as it receives your Form and creates your account, I have adopted the following policy regarding cancellation of subscription:

  1. If Subscriber chooses to cancel the program after being subscribed, cancellation results in the forfeiture of all payments made.
  2. There are no extenuating circumstances that will result in an exception to these policies.
  3. Any other Refund Policy, not intended for subscriptions, is not applicable to subscriptions.
  4. Subscribers; by agreeing to this contract, are responsible for the prepayment of the entire balance before subscription Term begins, and prior to the next subscription Term.
  5. If Subscriber doesn’t pay for whatever reason, for their next term, they can begin a new term only by full prepayment for that Term.

If any payment, including the initial one, is unsuccessful, Subscriber or Buyer agrees that DBCHEFTV can contact them by me postal mail, telephone, or email within 24hrs – 72hrs on business days, to report unsuccessful payment and ask for an alternate credit card for payment.

If no alternate credit card payment method is made available by Subscriber or Buyer subscription or order will immediately be canceled. A cancellation notification letter will be sent by e-mail. Auto-cancellation will result in the forfeiture of all paid account privileges if attempted payment is for a Site subscription service, up to the end of the last Term.

Subscriber or Buyer certifies under penalty of perjury that all information submitted in their Form, including any attachments, is true and complete. You agree that you are aware that submitting false information or omitting pertinent material information in connection with a Site Form is grounds for denial of and goods or services made available by DBCHEFTV, and may subject you to civil or criminal penalties.

By the continued use of Site, Subscriber or Buyer accepts the above-outlined policies. You understand that receipt of any payment Form authorizes an immediate initial charge of the credit card and additional monthly remits by the same payment method as outlined in these Terms.

Further, Subscriber or Buyer understands that, regardless of the availability of funds, that their financial institution may automatically decline their debit or check card payment for whatever reason that is out of the control of DBCHEFTV To ensure access to the Site’s paid content or the processing of any purchase, Subscriber or Buyer will coordinate a pre-arranged and timely method of processing any payment initiated on this Site with their financial institution.

  6. Free Trial: Any period where subscription services or product samples are rendered to a Subscriber or Buyer on a free trial basis. If the Free Trial is a subscription, the expiration of this period begins a paid Billing Cycle and is the first Billing Date, if Subscriber does not cancel their trial subscription.
  7. Payment Details: The details of Subscriber’s or Buyer’s Billing Invoice. This includes, but is not limited to, user account information, products, services, or subscriptions ordered, prices, methods of payment, etc.
  8. Payment Method: DBCHEFTV accepts PayPal Checkout, Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, credit and debit cards, for transactions on this Site.
